If it hurts more it’s more godly mentality. The lie it is more holy to pray on a bed of nails, to get up at 3am for devotions, to eat only eat bread and water, to wear burlap clothing, etc. Doing penance to pay for your sins. These are not more holy, nor do they make you more godly, or Christlike. If your are born again you grow in grace through learning and obeying the Word of God while walking in the Spirit and trusting in the Lord.

Both, the question is an either/or fallacy. Israel is God’s chosen nation and people read Exodus and Romans 11. Those who repent of their sin and place their faith in Jesus Christ are God’s people chosen to salvation in the church. A remnant of God’s chosen people from the nation Israel are also included and part of God’s chosen people in the church.

Courage is the fortitude, resolve, commitment, and determination to do what is right regardless of past failures, personal insecurities, and threats and dangers both real and imagined. Moses and Aaron had courage when they repeatedly went back to Pharaoh to deliver to Pharaoh the Word of the Lord.

Greed, threats and coercion, or both are usually what bends the hearts of men. Government corruption is way worse than we imagined. I can't wait to see a lot of people go to prison.

@MFElliottUS @TheProjectUnity I don’t know what the flash of light is and don’t expect people are going to admit to human cloning and chimeras, but I do wonder about the soul or spirit of a clone or chimera. I can’t imagine it’s good.

An attempt to polarize people, to create infighting, to get people to hate each other, to embrace the lie of "different races," to embrace the "I am more of a victim than you" mentality instead of taking responsibility for your own actions, your own character, for working hard to support yourself, improve yourself, and be a blessing to others in society. True happiness and contentment in life can only be accomplished when you know that the chief end of man is to glorify God. And you can only glorify God through repentance from sin and faith in Jesus Christ, crucified and resurrected from the dead. We are all sinners against a holy and just God. We all deserve to suffer in hell for eternity, but faith in Jesus Christ is the only way of escape from God's coming judgment on this world.
