Israel always follows international law, being the only democracy that it is. ICJ’s ruling is no different.
It’s just that the “causalities” part of ICJ’s ruling on “minimising civilians casualties” got ink on it. So, they are actually doing their best.
Thank God they took the ICJ ruling about taking 'immediate steps to prevent genocidal actions' seriously, anyway.
