@joshmcgoo I never worked for free in undergrad. I got paid $12-15/hr and got a bunch of pubs 🤷🏻‍♀️ I drove a hard bargain and valued/marketed my experience as I gained it

@DrHooverC That sucks re: timing, but let me assure you that interviewing in December is great—I actually scheduled all of my top choices in December so I already felt comfortable with interviews but not so late that I was burnt out. I interviewed at Michigan Dec 10 iirc and here I am!
