We learned that the interaction between #dialogue & #documentation is central Through the bringing together of views or ideas & documentation of these, we can begin to #align expressed views and ideas. We need to have continued dialogue on the #interpretation of documentation.

What is also essential is that we #document the #dialogue. Capturing divergent views ensures voices are heard and provides an opportunity to reflect on views expressed. Documenting dialogue allows us to review decisions, clarify interpretation and report transparently.
