Last week, I passed the Board Certified Coach examination. I am now Executive Coach and BCC certified. It's been fun applying these skills to coach superintendents and campus leaders.

I'm excited to share that I am checking off another item on my bucket list. This coming Spring, I am returning to Texas State University—this time as a part-time adjunct professor to teach doctoral-level classes in the superintendent certification program.

I am praying for Dr. Smith and his family. I admire him for his bravery in being vulnerable and sharing what most superintendents are dealing with daily. More educators are leaving the field now than ever before.
