Calling all researchers π¨ Iβm excited to see the announcement of this new NIHR themed call focused on early action to prevent poor health. Privileged to have worked on this DHSC ARI as part of my fellowship, there are some brilliant opportunities to prioritise prevention.
Weβve launched new themed funding, focused on early action to prevent poor health outcomes. The aim is to drive a health and social care prevention revolution. This new targeted funding opportunity is part of a co-ordinated response by NIHR to @DHSCgovuk's Area of Research Interest 1. Read more:

Thank you @COSTprogramme for inviting me to represent @VascAgeNet at your Science Communication workshop. I really enjoyed speaking to the new action coordinators about all of the amazing things that the VascAgeNet team have achieved over the past 4 years. Itβs been a lot of fun!
Science Communication is the practise of communicating science-related topics to non-experts & it forms a huge part of the work done by #COSTactions. We brought together the #SciComm Coordinators of our new research networks to prepare them for the coming 4 years. Learn more β¬
