I don’t think we should criticise a parent who makes difficult decisions to help their children, just like we should not tax people who choose independent education for their family. Being forced to move school will cause disruption to many many children sitting their GCSEs.

Labour's plans to tax education will have a huge negative impact on all schools. It will put pressure on state school provision and will force children to move school causing disruption they don't need. My amendment is my first step in the fight to stop it.
