@trishgreenhalgh I was awarded my PhD but missed my ceremony (was pregnant). When I arrived home my parents put together a 'mock' ceremony, complete with a fur hat and table cloth robe, I was awarded a piece of paper that read 'Dr Anna Moran, no I am not 'that' kind of Dr'!

Was a great webinar. Def listen to @drcathcosgrave and @RuralHC_Aus .. then skip my input (really) ... and go to the incredible and powerful testimonies from the rural communities that have been supported by @AttractStay #legends

OK so ... DATA - Scary or fun? Check out the cheeky excuse to profile my highly extrovert husband to segue into a story about data in your organisation👇 AND to answer my own question ... of course I firmly believe data IS fun ... right @kurtstat?

Problem: I have some really tricky workforce issues (can't recruit, disgruntled staff, high intention to leave) but the demand for services is massive. What do I do? Solution: So sorry. I don't have one. Read more about the curly hair solution here 👇

Just got off a weekly meeting with Cath Cosgrave. Everyone's workforce problems seem to feel like this atm BUT there is hope .... Each black squiggle is simply an untangling opportunity! So get your knitting-on and find the strands you can gently unravel.

Exactly Lesley! I always say 'proceed until apprehended' as @JacquiEDAST reminded me a few yrs back! In some organisational cultures doing research will be seen as ground breaking (early adopter, 1st mover) & even challenging .. a precursor to embedding it more broadly

Important #AlliedHealth #workforce data on #paramedics in Australia. 👇ATM I find our #Paramedic & our #AHA assistant workforces the most interesting in terms of untapped capacity to transform health care. First thing to go must be OUR stereotypes that are holding them back.
