This got lost on January 1 but Coach Adair wearing a Scattebo jersey to coach that afternoon and beating a good very Texas Tech team was pretty awesome.
I’ve never seen a more connected Arizona State athletic department. Kenny Dillingham dropped the puck for ASU hockey. Bobby Hurley attended the Big 12 Championship. Natasha Adair is always retweeting ASU football support. Greg Powers always has nice things to say about Dilly.

Often get told we credential student media too much. Here are many of them who invested energy and time all year and then made trip to Denver. Appreciate them all. They tell our story incredibly well across all sports and as professional as all us old folks.

2020 BFH had us NCAA bound 3 straight first time since 1960s. We were rolling. RM big part of special time. COVID 2020-21 had all in tough place. RM wasn’t same as he was from 2017-20. He missed crowds that were built. Good 2see him smile again and get 1 last halftime comeback👊

I’m out of town next week so today is “final” day after 29+ years of working w/ Mark. One of best employees in ASU history. We’ve been through helluva lot. His humble and selfless passion was amazing. So happy for Lori and him. Hoping everyone has someone like Mark in their life!

The progress made/attitude shown by football staff and players in past 434 days is a clinic in how to take tough situation and make it positive. This is ALL because of fantastic HC hire who then hired an incredible staff and retained/recruited solid bunch of guys.

Walking in offices of defending Big 12 champions. Lost in incredible Peach Bowl and CFP Chase was fact we won outright crown for first time since 1996. I won’t be letting anyone take for granted/forget it. It was hard and our coaching staff/players are Sun Devil legends.

Thanks to everyone for Wonderful applause for Coach Frieder. He took young SID back in 90s and put me at ease and made the job fun. He beat cancer, he’s a wonderful dad and grandfather. And the man could coach. He also never took himself too seriously. Love you Coach Frieds!

Proud of @AriannaTammaro earning softball/academic scholarship to Lake Erie College! NE Ohio was incredible to me and will take care of her. All those hours in cage, hitting into net in garage and work on field produced a college student-athlete. Mom and Arianna did helluva job!

Sad news on passing of Mark Reda. He didn’t lose cancer battle he won it and then heaven needed fantastic producer, father and student journalism mentor. Final years not easy, but didn’t stop him from caring and wanting best. Bruins, ASU and Cronkite made better because of MR.
