Why do you have open positions for A&P rated aircraft mechanics to work on Starship, but won't pay them a commensurate rate with the industry you are trying to pull them from? Also: A&P mechanics can't maintain their A&P status while working on Starship, because there is no certification paperwork to sign off on after completing the work. (Spoiler, I am an A&P rated helicopter mechanic who used to work integration for Starship, but left for less hassle and better pay.)
