@IamRaemnd That’s a good point. But beyond just “helping students pass,” the lecturers who get celebrated are often those who teach with clarity, treat students with respect, and create an environment where learning thrives. People don’t forget those who genuinely invest in them.

@Chee_derah_ That was harsh and unprofessional. Correction should build confidence, not tear people down. The weight of that insult goes beyond the mistake…it chips away at confidence, self-worth, and even the love for the profession, a mistake doesn’t make anyone an idiot…
