@TravisGhostof Because they are doing away with petty things that really in the grand scheme don't amount to much. They have to maintain the facade for the masses of sheep so obviously some things will be done, but other changes will be even more sinister.

@fivestarmichael It's really only a viable option if you got the skills to do it yourself. Even if you don't you could still learn, YouTube is a thing lol. I've been in construction on and off my entire life and ran a business so I can do it. Most people just get intimidated and don't try.

@fivestarmichael Better than paying rent. It's actually a good stepping stone. I've done it, but I'm not from here, nor do I plan on staying. I paid 21k total after taxes and attorney fees for my house. After it's completely remodeled it will easily go for 120k. Moving to Florida after selling.
