And the 2024 paper The Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and its Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures (CPMI) published a white paper titled **"Tokenisation in the Context of Money and Other Assets: Concepts and Implications for Central Banks"** in October 2024. This report, prepared for the Brazilian G20 Presidency, explores the potential of tokenization to transform financial markets by enabling platform-based intermediation across the life cycle of assets. It highlights benefits like reduced transaction costs and innovative use cases but emphasizes the need for sound governance and risk management to mitigate risks associated with token arrangements[1][2]. Yes the BIS wrote a white paper about the need for tokenization In 2023there was an earlier paper as well The earlier white paper by the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) on tokenization was titled **"The Future Monetary System"** and published in June 2023. This report discussed tokenization as a foundational technology for transforming financial systems, emphasizing its potential to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve transparency. It introduced the concept of a **"unified ledger"**, where tokenized assets and money could interact seamlessly, enabling programmability and automation in financial transactions. The BIS highlighted both the opportunities and risks of tokenization, stressing the importance of governance, legal clarity, and risk management for its successful adoption. You can find it on the BIS website under their publications archive. There is a remarkable cultural divergence that I ran into: Folks from Asia & India appreciate the bright white 6000K lights because in their culture the brighter the light the Richer the family At least that's what I found out In Europe the warmer the light the Richer the family In North America people have very little taste really.... I see lots of people in a 2 million dollar home with only a big screen TV and one light bulb ....

And book #2 Charles Hapgood's book *The Earth's Shifting Crust* (1958) presents his theory of crustal displacement, suggesting that Earth's outer crust periodically shifts over the mantle due to imbalances caused by polar ice accumulation. Hapgood argued that this process leads to dramatic pole shifts, altering Earth's geography and climate. He proposed that these shifts occur roughly every 20,000–30,000 years, with periods of stability in between. The book includes evidence such as ancient maps (e.g., the Piri Reis map), geological formations, and fossilized remains of animals found in unexpected locations (e.g., tropical vegetation in polar regions). Hapgood's work was supported by a foreword from Albert Einstein but has since been discredited by modern science due to its conflict with plate tectonics and paleoclimatology. There are two books In *World in Peril* by Ken White, the findings are based on the work of the 46th/72nd Reconnaissance Squadron during "Project Nanook," a Cold War mission to assess Soviet threats in the Arctic. The book reveals: 1. **Magnetic North Pole Shifts**: The squadron discovered evidence of multiple magnetic north poles, contributing to theories about Earth's shifting crust and pole reversals[1][3][5]. 2. **Frozen Mammoths with Tropical Vegetation**: The book discusses how mammoths and mastodons were found frozen in Arctic permafrost with subtropical vegetation in their mouths and stomachs, suggesting rapid climate shifts or cataclysmic events[3][5]. 3. **Imminent Global Cataclysm**: Pentagon scientists used these findings to predict a future Earth-reshaping event, potentially linked to crustal displacement[1][3]. 4. **Grid Navigation System**: The unit developed the Grid System of Navigation, which revolutionized Arctic aviation and contributed to the Strategic Air Command's global capabilities[1][7]. The book combines scientific discoveries with historical accounts of Cold War reconnaissance missions, emphasizing the potential for catastrophic geological changes.
