@carmen_kana @BillsandCanucks @acnewsitics I lived in NYC for several years back in the early 2000's and it was one of the safest cities in North America, today it's a complete hell hole. This is what happens when you allow millions of illegal aliens/criminals in. It's truly unbelievable what has happened to the city.

@SebMarinMD @acnewsitics According to Grok, this is what you should be paying based on making 400k per year in Quebec.

@ferfp @acnewsitics You’re wrong. This is only federal income tax, you forgot to add the provincial income tax. Do you even live in Canada? How do you not know this?

@JackPosobiec Singh is not the PM and his party has completely collapsed. Don’t pay any attention to him.

@ferfp @acnewsitics You’re wrong, some even pay 53.5% income tax. The majority of Canadians live in the greater Van/Toronto area. I’m not referring to Saskatoon.

@BaluDMan @acnewsitics In yet, California gets the most federal funding and home owners cannot even get insurance for their homes. The state is in shambles which is why the people are leaving in masses.

@BaluDMan @acnewsitics The state of Texas has a larger GDP than the entire country of Canada, I'll leave it at that.

@BaluDMan @acnewsitics You've mentioned democratic run states, try Dallas for example. A home there would cost 600k compared to 4M in Van/Toronto. The majority of Canadians live in the greater Vancouver/Toronto area. Vernon, Saskatoon are not major cities relatively speaking.

@BaluDMan @acnewsitics The average price of a detached home in the greater Vancouver/Toronto area is 2-2.5m. With banks requiring 20% down, do the math on a 1.5m mortgage at 6%. A 450sqr foot shoe box in Van/Toronto is 650k.

@Knitt609 @acnewsitics Most people have the lower floor as a rental unit so in theory they are living in 3500sqr feet. It is far more expensive to build a home in Canada vs USA. It’s not even close. It was only an example.
