Ultimately the retailer decides the price. 99 cents is our suggestion and what we sell it for. But we had to make these blank labels available in select areas where things cost more.

HI! My local 7-Eleven has big cans that don't have the 99 cent graphic on them, and thus they are charging 1.79 or whatever they want for them. Why are cans being printed without the graphic while the company insists that it's sticking to the 99 cent model vehemently?
