@GmanLives absolutely terrific show from start to almost finish, the ending is fucking brilliant but wish it had just one or two more episodes to flesh things out, it almost has too much going on. in contrast, s1’s two-part finale feels much more engrossing and intense while being grounded.

@hazeyjanei One thing that caught me off guard about Oppenheimer is the reframed historical politics with modern perspectives; the use of the bombs, justified with Japan’s military not conceding & discourse about Das Kapital felt out of place in a character study with little political depth
