When choosing between Presidents @PaulKagame and @CyrilRamaphosa, my trust firmly lies with President @PaulKagame. It’s hard to forget how @Glencore misled the State Capture Commission by claiming that Ramaphosa was never the Chairman of Optimum Holdings, even though he was during Glencore's exploitation of @Eskom_SA in October 2011. Furthermore, Ramaphosa's testimony at the Zondo Commission raises questions. He mentioned that he recommended to @PresJGZuma the transfer of @BrianMbm1 to @Eskom_SA to replace Tshediso Matona due to his concerns about Matona's capability to manage Eskom. However, Ramaphosa did not clarify how he intended to remove Matona from his position or how Molefe would step in. Today, Ramaphosa seems to want the public to believe that Matona's removal and Molefe's appointment were orchestrated by State Capture, suggesting that the Guptas were responsible for the looting at Eskom. Given all this, I believe what Kagame says about Ramaphosa.

The truth is undeniable, the SA army has surrendered, and M23 is disarming them. Today's portfolio committee meeting has been postponed simply because the Minister of Defence chose not to appear. We cannot stand by and be complicit in this situation; we must take a stand and demand the immediate withdrawal of our soldiers from the DRC. It is imperative that we increase the military budget, and all military equipment tenders must be halted without delay. Denel must be empowered with the mandate to produce military equipment, and our soldiers must undergo re-training before considering redeployment. We will not accept anything less.
