I do a clinical shift monthly, today I got feedback on the impact they have on staff!! I do them to keep me connected, the collateral benefit is that staff really value the Exec Nurse Director working with them, understanding their role/challenges. Tearful hearing the impact.

The 11th of August 1986 I started the amazing journey as a student nurse at the Victoria Infirmary. What an adventure these 35 years have shown me. It is an honour, pleasure and privilege to continue on this journey of development personally and professionally. Great decision.
