@aiyadt @ZcashSpicyTakes @_aristarchus_ @NighthawkWallet 6/ Lastly, if certain stipend funded projects have shown meaningful adoption or unlocked new innovation, they should be encouraged to grow their teams come yearly renewals. Meaning higher budgets coming from ZCG. Reward those that are growing the ecosystem.

@aiyadt @ZcashSpicyTakes @_aristarchus_ @NighthawkWallet 6/ Senior devs expect stable bi-weekly payments. The grant process as it exists today isn't ideal for short term grants or long term grants. The process takes to long for short term grants. Milestones are impossible to predict for long term grants. My 2 cents.

@ZcashSpicyTakes @_aristarchus_ @NighthawkWallet @aiyadt Would love to see ZCG fund a team long term working on messaging for Zcash. I would have been working on Zcash full time but couldn't get proper funding for anything via the grants program. The process feels broken.
