@corndawgcourt @IUHabeas But didn't you know that State can just put anyone on trial because a cop looked at them and just knew they were guilty of something? And they are then presumed guilty until the Defense proves their innocence?.

"It's better than nothing" - and as the public is prohibited from accessing the censored information any other way, they have very little incentive to rock the boat.
