If the Bibas children are dead, the Palestinians must finally be given the “Nakba” they claim to have already experienced. They will deserve a true “catastrophe.” If those boys are dead, Gaza must be evacuated into Sinai and then every inch of it must be bombed. No forgiveness. “But that is collective punishment.” Indeed, it is. That is the point. If those boys are dead, then I no longer care about stupid conceptions of so-called “international humanitarian law” governing the effects of armed conflict on so-called civilian populations. If those boys are dead, Israel should become the country it has always been wrongly accused of being.

@BrianFerence1 @JProdguru @laralogan What you linked to is absolutely 100% right. It also has nothing to do with what I said.

No one said anything about a pardon without a crime. Ford pardoned Nixon for "any and all crimes he *may* have committed against the United States while he was President." Look at it another way. Most January 6th hostages committed no crime. But President Trump did the right thing and pardoned them. Got it?

Who said anything about crimes that haven't been committed yet? I certainly haven't. The preemptive pardons Presidents have issued are for crimes people have not yet been charged with. Ford pardoned Nixon for "any and all crimes that he may have committed against the United States while he was President." Now does it make sense?

@Breaker1111Girl @JustAMan37 @C__Herridge You respond to her showing you what the Constitution actually says by saying she hasn't read it? It sounds more like you don't want to read it.

@janbsall @luluHru @5dme81 I'll take the Constitution over Grok any day. Btw, Ford pardoned Nixon for "any and all crimes he may have committed while President." Here's what the Constitution says. There's no mention of being convicted or even charged with anything.

@Pepe__J Preemptive does not mean "crimes that haven't yet been committed" if that's what you mean, just crimes that the pardoned one has not yet been charged with.

@m_d_VictorS @DailyCaller No worries. We all make mistakes. But Ford did pardon Nixon for "any and all crimes he may have committed against the United States while President." That's pretty broad.

@TheVotersSay @AskMeLaterOn @TomFitton @realDonaldTrump @PamBondi It may not be unreasonable. But there are plenty of examples throughout history in which they were not named. Ford pardoned Nixon for "any and all crimes he may have committed against the United States while he was President". He had SCOTUS precedent.
