Airplanes fly every day. You can look up and see them in the sky, hear their engines, and watch them land. No one questions the validity of an airplane—they trust the science, the engineering, and the system behind it. Bitcoin, like airplanes, is a marvel of human innovation. Its network is growing stronger every day, processing transactions and securing value around the clock. You can see its ledger transparently on the blockchain, its hash rate proving its strength, and its adoption reflected in millions of users. Yet, unlike planes, Bitcoin’s legitimacy is still questioned—not because it doesn’t work, but because it challenges what people are used to. Airplanes didn’t stop flying because some doubted them at first, and Bitcoin won’t stop growing just because not everyone understands it yet. Both are proof of how systems can operate beyond our initial disbelief, powered by undeniable fundamentals.

@BradleyPresley1 @stclairashley What the fuck are you talking about? Not what I said, keep telling yourself stories.

@BradleyPresley1 @stclairashley His company had my data. I never said a company shouldn’t have access, I said private citizens. I never said Elon shouldn’t have access, I said private citizens. This should not be so difficult to understand.

@ColinUski @stclairashley I didn’t say Elon. You’re reading my comment and making your own conclusion. Since a plethora of people already have access, share your personal data on here. Why not?

@ColinUski @stclairashley I don’t understand your argument. Just because you had access, doesn’t mean you should have had access. My point is simply that.

@BradleyPresley1 @stclairashley Yes, what do that have to do with a private citizen having access to my personal data?

@Bnet1965Ron @BuenoForMiami I’m not upset. I’m pointing out the fallacy in the argument. There’s no emotion in my comment, simply stating facts.

@Charles75101962 @stclairashley The employer has liability if their employee steals my info. A bank employee does not have access to my SS#.

Here's a concise summary of the differences in liabilities regarding personal data: **Employee:** - **Data Handling:** Must adhere to company policies and potentially stricter data protection laws like GDPR or HIPAA, depending on the industry and location. - **Liability:** Can be personally liable for breaches of data protection if they intentionally or negligently cause harm, lose data, or misuse personal information. - **Accountability:** Responsible for safeguarding data as part of their job role, with potential disciplinary or legal consequences for non-compliance. **Private Citizen:** - **Data Handling:** Generally under less stringent legal obligations unless involved in activities that require handling others' personal data (e.g., running a small business, community management). - **Liability:** Less likely to face formal legal repercussions for mishandling personal data unless they engage in actions like identity theft, harassment, or other criminal acts with personal information. - **Accountability:** Primarily responsible for their own data privacy but not usually accountable for others' data unless they've agreed to handle it (like in informal agreements or community roles). In essence, employees have more structured responsibilities and potential liabilities due to their employment context, while private citizens operate under broader, less formal obligations unless they cross into areas where data protection laws apply to them personally.

@Mrs_Kryzinger @stclairashley My comment is fact. I never mentioned employee.. I said private citizen. Also, no bank member has access to your social security number. At worst, it’s masked to only show the last 4 digits. 0 outrage. 100% facts.

@HodlHudge @stclairashley It doesn’t change my statement. I’m trying to point out how ridiculous these arguments sound. If these people are so unconcerned, they should post their SS# online. Who cares if it’s so easy to get to anyway?

@CrazeQuantum @stclairashley This shouldn’t be controversial. Recognize I didn’t say “Elon Musk”? Remove all the noise and read my comment. If you still disagree with what I said, DM me you SS#.
