Excited to share our new pub in @JIIAJournal examining #retention among first-generation athletes at small colleges and universities. We find this research meaningful and hope you do too. Thank you to the @NAIA for always being great research partners!

@RobertBolandESQ great idea to do a similar chart on restricted product endorsement categories! this one narrowly focuses on specified contractual conflicts in state NIL laws, but would be great to look at overlap of restricted product categories

confused by the myriad of state NIL laws? unsure what contracts might βconflictβ with an institutional agreement or if your state law prevents NIL activity during OTAs? @ammoorman and I break it all down in our most recent research collab out now in JLAS.
Just it time for @SRLATweet . NIL article hot off the presses -- or I guess hot off the cloud! @DocARCocco and I examine the "conflict language" in state NIL legislation.

@itsnotredhead i say go the opposite way. leave the current interstate system for commercial vehicles, build some high speed trains for us non-commercial folk. imagine if you had a bullet train taking you into work from NKY
