@joshkurutz Looks very good, thanks for posting! It's actually one of the reasons why I gave up trying to resurrect our old bacs60

@FigueiredoAm Varian experience for what it's worth - We used to setup timed program on the high pressure pump and similar time array on VnmrJ to match. we saw very little effect on shims, so mostly didn't shim between pressure changes. We used gradient shimming otherwise.

@FigueiredoAm @uclbiosciences That's exactly where we had the oil leak once. Out of curiosity - are you guys going to try to control from the serial port?

@Sander_Says I don't think vnmrj saves that, but not 100% sure. So I always tell my students (when this question arises) to do ni/sw1 to get the indidiretlct acquisition time

@nmr_chemist Oh man! I can understand so well, had it happen! But i got one just as bad - cryoprobe comes back from repair and magnet loses a cryoshim... probe doesn't shim any more

@JulioFern81 So this is not just liquid cooling to get longer spinlocks and higher decoupling power? .... good luck! This is highly unfortunate

@CVicent_Barrera Can't wait for our 60-seat one to come! Though there appear to be some very questionable NMR tubes in the queue .. o.O

RT @nmrfam: Goodbye, Telemark! After 25 years of service at NMRFAM, itβs time to say goodbye to this 750 MHz unshielded and pumped magnet;β¦

@nmr_chemist If that's 20h both ways - I would drive, if it is each way - would your dog enjoy the trip and have welcomed place to stay? Then for me ot would be 70-30 (70 being the drive)

@FitzkeeLab 1G is definitely an overkil, but that's only few small steps from 5G, and keeps tools, cylinders, and etc. under control, just in case
