6’2 250, no matter the size speed or background, effort and determination is what will take you the furthest (and yes I was 6’0 190 in my Junior film with 18 sacks and 50 tackles in 10 games) !

Still to this day I become excited and eager 🤩 I’m prepping hard. Ik my limits and there aren’t any thank you to the Carroll Community they took me in and guided me correctly and thank to the ESU for welcoming with opening arms . these same RECORD breaking arms 😏 let’s go🔥

I remember a humble experience. Me @ruthatruth and @comedownjo we’re in a Uber. The Uber driver asked how many offers you have. Before anyone said anything @ruthatruth said “all of us combined we have 26” ( Ru had 25 Jo had 1 and I had 0) surround yourself with these ppl. .

Woke up at 5am after a leg day yesterday morning . 90 minute commute to the gym . Hour session of upper body . Going back home . It’s 8:15 now . Greatness is a mindset and action not a phrase !.
