UAP Court Challenge Fails – What Next? The High Court has ruled against Clive Palmer’s bid to re-register the UAP. This means UAP will not appear on the ballot at the 2025 federal election. This is a tough outcome for many UAP members and supporters. While the party will be able to re-register after this election, that doesn’t help those who want to fight the Labor/Liberal uniparty right now. For years, I’ve pushed for cooperation between non-left minor parties to challenge the status quo and win Senate seats in every state. Clive supported John Ruddick's challenge on behalf of @LibertariansAus to the high court in 2021. Then in 2023, former UAP members backed @JohnRuddick2's successful NSW campaign. In 2025, we have the same opportunity nationwide. If you voted UAP in the past because you wanted more freedom, we ask you to consider the Libertarian Party as the best vehicle for your vote this election. The fight for freedom doesn’t stop because of a court ruling - we still have a job to do. We need every pro-freedom voter on board, united, to make a challenge to Labor and Liberal.

Broadly speaking, I think the majority of the Jewish community is on the wrong side of history with this issue. They are being used (and allowing themselves to be used) as a justification and pretext for a pre-existing bipartisan censorship agenda that was determined not to let a good "crisis" go to waste. This can be seen in the broad category of groupings that is repeated in state and federal legislation:

Definitely. Here is a post by Mark Dessau, our candidate in the recent Prahran byelection, and an article from Robert Gregory of the AJA arguing that free speech restrictions will not address social and community division. The truth is, the Jewish community is being manipulated and used to push a censorship agenda that was pre-existing, as much as other segments of the Australian community are. In many ways this is more sad because their historical experience should be a lesson to the perils of government censorship for their community.

The Jewish community does not speak with one mind on censorship. The Libertarian Party is home to a number of members of the Jewish community who are staunch defenders of free speech, even if you use it to criticize them. The Australian Jewish Association opposed both the federal laws, and opposes the proposed "social cohesion" laws here in Victoria. It is important to understand that the Jewish community has a range of divergent and conflicting opinions on free speech, and that many who do support these laws are doing so not out of malice, but out of shortsighted fear that is being exploited by pre-existing globalist agendas.

Hey guys, I'm running to be a Senator for Victoria, not a Senator for Israel or Gaza. As an aspiring politician I won't allow foreign influence to be a part of my campaign, wherever it might spring from. Whether it's lobbyists for Jakarta, Tel Aviv, Beijing or Washington, I believe the interests of Australian taxpayers should be paramount.
