@eat_dc Quality of food and drink. I’m from the South. The best food I’ve ever had came from the sketchiest looking places with the worst service. If the place looks suspect but the lot (not parking lot, more like opening in the woods) is full, the food is guaranteed to be damn good.

I got a TB vax in 1992. How long do they last?
The CDC is not allowed to comment on the tuberculosis outbreak in Kansas. The word must get out, however. Most of the world is vaccinated against TB, but the US is not. We are vulnerable and this is a real threat.

I started Saturday Night on Netflix and only made it 15 min in. Working in live tv for 26 years, I should have known the anxiety level would be high. So I put on Scream VI instead. Far more relaxing.

I’ve eaten here once at a friend’s request. And I’ve eaten at one in Manhattan because my sister demanded trying NYC style pizza and I suggested it as a joke but she she’s an idiot and didn’t get it. Both times were over 15 years ago.

In the 90s, my high school had an ‘unofficial’ smoking area. We weren’t allowed but they wouldn’t bust us as long as we stayed in one place. Even with weed. Anywhere else was fair game.
