@dervishgirl1 @RealCandaceO @MikhailaFuller O1 does not mean Skill shortage. It’s a pathway for famous/ highly esteemed people based on merit. For example, the USA has plenty of writers. JK Rowling would qualify for O1 visa bc she has proven to be successful. It only requires national or international recognition :)
