It was -15°C when I ventured north of Greater Montreal in search of Great Gray Owls. Although I didn't find any, I stumbled upon a Barred Owl hunting a squirrel. The squirrel was so heavy that the owl couldn't lift it to a branch. I stayed with the owl for over an hour, watching her finally enjoy her meal without any stress.

At dawn, in the chilly air, the wind blew, and the sky appeared with rosy and blue hues. I saw a beautiful male Snowy Owl quietly standing on the horizon. I slowly got closer and closer. A beautiful day had begun for me. 😍😍😍

When I saw this image on my computer, my mind was blown. I immediately thought, ‘That’s a Zorro Snowy Owl!’ lol 😂 I liked it a lot! Do you think so too?

I have a little noticed about this beautiful Osprey: its claws are curved and have spiny pads that help them grab slippery fish. While its claws are very useful when catching fish, it doesn’t seem very stable when standing on the ground, does it? The Photo was taken in Los Angeles during my last trip.
