I’ve been getting a lot of DMs from designers asking if I get work on this platform. Honestly, I’m flattered that someone even thinks I can answer that. But it also tells me a lot of people are struggling to find work here. As someone who felt that way for almost two years, let me say this: You can get work here. I’m starting to, and I know plenty of designers who do. The key is to focus on getting better every day. Don’t create just for money or engagement. Explore what genuinely interests you. People can tell when you’re creating from a real place. When it’s you and not just another version of what’s already out there. The timeline is full of work that looks the same. And I’m not knocking anyone for it. But since you’re asking me how I’m getting work here, it’s because I don’t pay attention to trends. I just nerd out and explore what excites me. That’s it.
