The enrichment of Liverpool continues! Two African men - who moved to the UK illegally, but were allowed to remain - have been jailed for raping a woman in the city centre. Shuaib Iboko-Akoh, 24, and Evaristus Ozumizi Akerele, 25, were jailed for 3.5yrs each. @lpoolcouncil
