Besides, Charles is definitely getting much older, his voice (and Luigi's Mansion 3 is an example of this) has definitely gotten a little off and some instances a bit deeper so, we're definitely starting to see the aging of this man. Still sounds good but definitely a little off.

We were doing fine with the 3DS, but it was a near barren wasteland with releases on the Wii U and while Iwata was an amazing individual, he did made mistakes with the system and rectify them with the Switch, (1/4)

Fr. These games right here are some the best modern examples of how amazing 2D games can still be whether that be platformers or action games/Metroidvanias or any other kind of game thats in 2D.
Production value is always key and many modern 2D games absolutely demonstrate that.
Lot of talk around these two has really revealed how much “big budget cinematic open world” brain rot has affected gaming culture into thinking 2D games are lesser

Just bc a game is smaller and isn't going for the big grandiose route nor is it scored the highest by many, doesn't mean that said game in question is bad. It's a case where it's not gonna be everybody's cup of tea which is totally fine in and of itself.

People haven't realized this yet but, after 6 years of the Switch being out, we finally have the original 3D/2D Mario duo completed as we obviously have this on every single other Nintendo console.
You can even count Bowser's Fury as an extent as that was an original project too
