I’m feeling really down right now. I was single mom of 2 boys. I scraped up money to do whole Easter thing baskets, Easter eggs, everything. Those were such good times. I lost them both. 1 to a drunk driver and 1 to suicide when his wife divorced him. I miss my family.

We just got back from walking our beautiful German shepherd, Ruby Tuesday. Nothing more spectacular than watching a well-trained dog following all her commands like clockwork. Unfortunately, that’s not our Ruby.

Today is National Pet Day. Please don’t adopt a pet unless you can keep that pet. If you are in an apartment, check with your landlord first. Returning a pet to the shelter or keeping him in a cage is cruel and the animal doesn’t deserve this!.
