I’m feeling really down right now. I was single mom of 2 boys. I scraped up money to do whole Easter thing baskets, Easter eggs, everything. Those were such good times. I lost them both. 1 to a drunk driver and 1 to suicide when his wife divorced him. I miss my family.

When I was 16 & a carhop, a guy came in, he was on his way to VietNam. He wanted my addr. I was a snot and said no. A mth later the other guys told that he just wanted someone to write to. A cpl mths later he was killed. I have never gotten over the guilt. His name was Jim.
