@Joereese244 @VigilantFox Yes true… people don’t want to be treated as token gestures to fit into DEI ethos/policy, but recognised in their own merit & celebrated for their struggles or journey towards success in life, that their diversity was their strength.

@QWojti @VigilantFox Try looking around you in the real world or talking to friends/family of different race/gender/faith to you (if that’s possible in your community/world). The fairy tale would be everyone is treated equally despite noticeable differences & celebrated for their diversity.
