I’m 28 & been diabetic all my life. I’ve never known anything else but to blood test & inject myself 4x a day. I still have days when I wish I didn’t have to🙈We all have ⬆️ & ⬇️ & rarely manage to keep it at that 4-8 mmol/L. Keep at it, don’t give up & be fabulous😊
