@BritishGas I haven't had a statement since June. You recently increased my Direct Direct. I have no way of checking it. I tried using your online chat, gave meter readings even though I have a smart meter. I was promised a statement within 48 hours. That was over a week ago.

@mrhenrymorris I worked in IT. We spent years preparing for the Millenium bug. Rewriting and upgrading systems etc. When it wasn't catastrophic, because of all the preparation, people assumed it was a lot of fuss about nothing.
