I'm a Keralite.
I'm a proud Hindu.
I'm not sickular or a communist.
I dont eat beef.
I dont abuse my northern countrymen and consider many places in north as holy lands.
I dont boast of literacy or other status
Yes, I and other Keralites like me exists. Dont forget us!
With exteme grief I just came to know that Bhishma Pitamaha of Indian archaeology Sri BB Lal attained Sadgati 🙏 Extremely saddening news...He will be remembered for his contribution to Indian archaeology and historiography.
Today, Shri Braj Basi Lal (BB Lal) turns 101. He's undoubtedly the 'Bhishma Pitamaha' of Indian archeology.
From his works on Vedic-Harappan & Aryan invasion subject to Rama Janmabhumi issue to historicity of Mahabharata, Hindu Samaj owes him a lot.
ONAM *IS* A HINDU FESTIVAL.
Take it from a Keralite Hindu, born and raised in Kerala.
You don't need North Indian Sanghis to say that.
Onam has been part of Hindu tradition since more than 2000 years. Random hijabis acting like apes doesn't make Onam a non-Hindu festival.
Students in Kerala are celebrating Onam this time like there is no tomorrow. Must be making up for the years that Covid stole.
And both Islamists and Sanghis are huttburt. Loving it
PS: ONAM IS NOT A 'HINDU' FESTIVAL like north sanghis say
As a Keralite living in Kerala, I thank my northern brothers & sisters for helping us out in this time of distress. Please don't fall for divisive north-south politics played by some morons. I really appreciate your help & I'm not the only Keralite who's thankful :)
My community is historically classed as Shudra. We owned temples, lands and formed the local nobility and military force to fight battles when required. We mastered the martial art of Kalaripayattu and had our own worship in Kalaris. I'm proud of that.
Hi Raina and Ravindra, you can glorify your Dwij caste. It's a glorification of the Varna System. But how would a Shudra & an untouchable glorify their Varna?
@ImRaina
@imjadeja
Forget gardens, as per Kautilya's Arthashastra a city is to be surrounded by groves and sanctuaries. These would include Vriksha Chaityas or sacred tree shrines commonly depicted in early Indian coins and art, a continuous tradition from Harappan times.
Let us not forget...Mughals were first to create Organised Gardens in India...They created many Bagh with fountains in India. Before Mughals, Indians have no idea of Bhagh...That's why British named Mughal Garden in President house...
Isn't it well known that Kerala temples have their own dress code? Forget turbans, you won't be able to enter Sri Padmanabha Swamy temple by wearing shirts like seen in the video. Even Modi had to wear Kerala attire.
Mandir employees at Padmanabham Temple Trivandrum, Kerala did not allow these Sikh men to go inside because they were wearing turbans.
They took it as a rule & turned around.
Seems it becomes a NATIONAL issue only when it is a Gurudwara.
An ancient silver dish discovered from Greek city of Lampsacus in western Anatolia (modern Turkey) depicting India personified as a Goddess with animals around. This is dated around 2nd century CE, now in Istanbul museum. This is earliest depiction of what we call Bharata Mata.
"Shudras and other ‘lower’ human beings were explicitly banned from learning Sanskrit"
LOL this is hilarious take considering my own ancestors were Shudras, and they were Sanskrit scholars who translated Sanskrit works and directly managed temples under Brahmins.
When many Hindus hesitated to convert back victims of 1921 jihad into Hindu fold (for reasons such as forced beef eating) Vellaykattu Damodaran Bhattathiri had performed Shuddhi and reverted many Hindus to their ancestral faith at Tali Shiva temple, Calicut.
Sorry leftist/secularist/xtian/sullas, but Onam is Hindu, Vishu is Hindu, Thiruvathira is Hindu, Karkidaka Masa is Hindu & all other major festivals & heritage of Kerala itself Hindu.
Nothing can erase Kerala's Hindu history & heritage.
You can only whine online about it.
Stop spreading lies. Ancient Sangam Tamil text Pathitrupathu mentions Chera kings patronizing Brahmin poets like Gautama and Kapila. Chera kings also performed Vedic rites. Vedic Hinduism existed in Kerala long before xtianity or islam was ever attested in the desert wastelands.
Islam & Christianity is older than Hinduism in Kerala. Christianity came to Kerala before it spread in Europe & Islam came during the lifetime of prophet.
Brahmanical colonization by hijacking Jain & Buddhist temples, subsequent appropriation of local customs happened later. +
Late HH Uthradom Thirunal Marthanda Varma Maharaja of Travancore with his wife Ammachi Panapillai Amma Srimathi Radha Devi. Although Uthradom Thirunal was eternal Dasa of Sri Padmanabha Swamy, Radha Devi herself was a staunch Shiva Bhakta.
She and her 'husband' was arrested for prostitution racket involving minors. A hardcore commie as well. So what else expect from such uncivilized subhumans.
This symbol defines our civilization the most. This is the ancient royal insignia of the Kuru kingdom found in ancient coins from Haryana, the Heartland of Vedic civilization. The Brahmins from Kuru-Panchala kingdom were the torchbearers of Vedic culture.
The Rajput Royalty of Kerala, Meenachil Karthas, who were originally from Mewar, house of Maharana Pratap. They're known as Mevada Thampans (Lords of Mewar). They settled in Kottayam, Kerala where they assimilated as local Nair ruling clan.

Practicing Hindus of Kerala don't need any validation from islamophiles like you. We know the roots of our festivals. Onam is exclusively a Hindu festival, it's foundation is in Hindu traditions. In the past it was celebrated all over southern India (ancient Tamilakam) .
Onam being celebrated by Hijab-wearing Muslim girls in a school in Kerala - Onam is harvesting festival of people of Kerala, not of Hindus only as Hindu right-wing claims!
Hahaha my Shudra community produced Sanskrit Vidwans, even taught Sanskrit to children of highest authority among regional Brahmin community.
Keep Vedas aside, the vast ocean of Itihasa-Puranas, Kavyas, Sampradayika texts and other study subjects are open for us.
As a fellow south Indian, I'm not really sure why Hindi is getting all the hate. Hindi is a beautiful language.
My Amma been teaching it for last 30+ years. I can read and write Hindi without much trouble, but not so fluent.
Shivaji Maharaj doesn't need any certificate of being a Kshatriya or non-Kshatriya from islamist lobby. He had performed Vedic Aindrabhisheka, to rule like the embodiment of Devaraja Indra himself on earth. If he isn't a Kshatriya, then no one else is.
Some photos of Vemenchery Mana in Palakkad, said to be household of Mezhathol Agnihotri, the legendary Namboothiri Brahmin who performed 100 Vedic Yajnas & rivalled Indra himself. Carbon dating suggests it is around 1400 years old.

Mahabali's ancestor Hiranyakashipu was son of Sage Kashyapa through Diti and Vamana too is son of Kashyapa through Aditi (Diti's sister).
Both belong to same lineage! It's a family thing.
So much for Mahabali being 'native Dravidian' and Vamana being 'Aryan oppressor'.
Kuladeva of Adi Shankara is also same Shri Krishna whom ISKCONites worship.
Keep the Sampradayic differences apart and stand with fellow Hindus. Sampradayic quarrel is the last thing we need at this hour.
Hard to swallow pills for mallu secularists:
1) Mahabali never ruled Kerala.
2) Mahabali had devout Brahmin ancestry.
3) Onam was not restricted to Kerala, in the past it was also celebrated outside Kerala.
This small book by Shri Tirur Dinesh documents resistance put up by Malabari Hindus, chiefly the Nairs, against moplah terrorists who attacked Hindus till 1921.
'We'? Speak for yourself. Traditional Malayali Hindus take pride in being mere servants of Devas.
We don't need ricebags and converts to teach us about our own festivals and traditions.
But then Onam celebrates the Asura king, not the Vamana avatar of Vishnu. Hard for your lot to accept it, but we care more about Dravidian Asuras than your Aryan Devas.
Remains of Vidisha Sri Krishna temple. It is here the famous Heliodorus pillar is found, erected by Greek ambassador to Shunga court who became Krishna Bhakta. Archaeologist SP Gupta dated early layers to 5th century BCE, making it oldest Hindu temple ever found archaeologically.
Speak for yourself. There are non Brahmins like us who revere Brahmins for preserving Veda Dharma for thousands of years, which is not only the oldest continuous religion in the world, but also the foundation of Indian civilization.
98% of India's population suffers at the hands of a microscopic minority and yet they are trying to portray themselves as victims. Isn’t it shameful?
#RejectBrahminTextBooks
We're non-Brahmins from south and my clan has produced various Sanskrit scholars.
This is front page of Malayalam translation of a rare Sanskrit drama based on Ramayana by my Ancestor 3 generation back. He was a Sanskrit scholar. Unfortunately only this work survives.
Once up on a time we denied teaching Sanskrit to any other in the society.
We kept it as secret language. Devabasha..
It wasn't open to all. They punished people severely for uttering any Sanskrit sloga. They never let even children from this punishment.
But now...🤣🤣
Hindu Rashtra will not be complete without the blessings of Lord Sri Padmanabha, the real ruler of Kerala to whom the ancient Chera crown is dedicated.
My family is vegetarian and we ain't bothered about social mobility. My Grandfather used to say we're Shudras, even while his Grandfather took care of temples directly under the head of Kerala Brahmins to whom even kings bowed down.
If you’re not Brahmin but your parents have always insisted on being pure vegetarians, its because they were trying to be brahmins in hopes of upward social mobility in a caste based system.
This is merely based on dating of rice. If we apply this logic, then occupation at Lahuradewa site in Uttar Pradesh would date back to at least 7000 BCE based on dating of rice from the site.
I'm a Shudra and also a proud Hindu, will remain as one till my last breath.
I am forever greatful to my Ancestors and Gods for taking birth in this Punyabhumi of Bharatavarsha as a Hindu.
Archives | BR Ambedkar, by converting to Buddhism, showed the Dalits a way to spiritual as well as political emancipation. The Shudras have failed to understand that his philosophy also speaks to their predicament.
Kancha Ilaiah Shepherd in:
Rig Vedic seers would've been familiar with fabulous beasts such as this one when they eulogized the great Devas like Indra and Agni to terrific bulls which smashed their foes.
This Nangeli breast tax story is perfect example of how a lie, if repeated countless times, would be widely accepted as truth among the masses who won't even bother to analyze the propaganda.
Im a South Indian, yet to face any sort of discrimination from North Indians. They're lovley and hospitable people.
I'm not denying that supremacists exists in north, but don't forget that there are numerous lemurians in South who constantly demonizes 'naarth' Indians.
Forget donations, Ma'am, this temple was one of the largest temples in Kerala before land reforms. Many of its lands were enroached. Chera era (1200 years back) records are found from temple, making it one of oldest temples in Kerala. My ancestors used to look after this temple.
Why should an artiste be Hindu to perform at a temple ? Bharatanatyam dancer Mansiya VP is muslim by birth and atheist by choice. Barring her is bigotry.
If a big corporate donates to the Irinjalakuda koodalmanikyam temple, will they ask their religion?
Today is the event called Onathallu-Avittathallu in Pallassana (from ancient Pallava Sena) region of Palakkad in Kerala. The Nairs of this region mock battle to celebrate victory of a battle fought in the past.
Shri Krishnan Namboothiri, a descendant of the great Hindu mathematician Sangamagrama Madhava. He's a priest at Bhagavati temple in Irinjalakkuda, Thrissur district, Kerala, where Madhava was born.
Jains are 'Dravidians'? All Jaina Tirthankaras were born in high ranking Vedic Aryan Kshatriya families mostly belonging to Suryavamsha lineage of Aryan ancestor Ikshvaku who ruled Ayodhya.

“My Kaali is inspired from Tamil and Telugu village rituals where she comes on people as a spirit and eats meat, smokes ganja, drinks country arrack, urinates in the middle of the village, spits on filth and dances wild."
Reverse love jihad (where M girls lure H boys to radicalize and convert) is a major thing too. Just learnt about a case first hand from an acquaintance. Quite blackpilled rn :/
During 1852 in Kerala, more than half a century before 1921, more than 200 moplahs attacked Hindu homes, destroyed temples and k!lled many Hindus. However they were all exterminated by a landlord named Kalliat Nambiar and his group. He finished them all without a trace.
Archaeological remains of Shortugai, the northern-most site of Sarasvati-Sindhu civilization near Oxus river in northern Afghanistan. It was a proper urban settlement, and flourished since Mature Harappan era (starting ~2600 BCE). It had strong trade contacts with Central Asia.
One of the earliest Mural from what is today's Xinjiang in China depicting king honoring sages. This is a scene from Vessantara Jataka, dateable to around 3rd century CE.
Xinjiang was Indianized by the start of common era.
My article published at

. I write about Harappan fire altars & rituals, and it's parallels in Vedic tradition. I quote archaeologists like BB Lal, JP Joshi, Raymond & Bridget Allchins to confirm that Harappans practiced fire rituals.
Vedic Rishis visualizing Veda Mantras on the grassy banks of Sarasvati river when she was rich in waters and nourished the civilization of Aryas (pre-1900 BCE).
This distortion of Onam & it's tradition is perfect example of how shamelessly anti-Hindus can exploit the historical facts to suit their anti-Hindu narrative & propaganda. Worth taking note. They do it with other Hindu traditions, festivals and history too.
Cow slaughter was unthinkable in kingdom of Cochin & Travancore when it was under Malayali Hindu kings around 70 years ago. The sudden surge of beef in Kerala is a recent phenomenon after abolishing monarchies. Many traditional Hindus still living in Kerala don't eat beef.
Hope madamji educated her students about the significance of stylized Kīrtimukha and Pūrṇakalaśa motifs depicted on the pillars which goes centuries prior to the time when Islam even existed :)
My ancestors had no problem with Shudra label. We owned lands, temples and controlled our own territories along with associated militia. Even today there are vast paddy fields owned by my maternal grand uncles in ancestral place.
@Daivodasa
For brahmins & every traditional Hindu, you are a shudra & shudra you, your children & your grandchildren. For political reasons, they may agree with you, but privately you are always lower than them.
It's fascinating how the layout of Harappan city Dholavira (blue) and early historic city Kampila of Vedic Panchala kingdom (~6th century BCE, in grey) match perfectly, as if the plans were made out as carbon copy. It shows continuity of Harappan urban tradition into Vedic times.
Another view of the Fire Altar made with bricks from Harappan port city of Lothal, excavated by late archaeologist Sri SR Rao. The altar was filled with ashes.
Such Altars are enough proof for the fact that Harappans had rituals based on sacred Agni.
Imagine mistaking Mahadeva as a 'Goddess' 😂 and that's no Nagavanshi, it's the demon Apasmara.
My tribe traditionally worship Naga Devatas as our guardians, I take offence in comparing our Naga Devatas to a demon like Apasmara.
Just landed at Madras & found this statue and I am deeply troubled by it. The goddess signifies that she has conquered and willing to kill a man who appears to be indigenous Nagvanshi. There is something very seriously wrong with our culture. Why this violence against our people?
Average devout Hindu Nair from Malluland.
As I've been saying, Malluland has both extremes. On one hand we find devout people like him and on the other, we see vile leftists spewing anti-Hindu venom.
“It’s our good luck that our efforts led to a soft landing on the Moon. It’s the blessing of Lord Somnath.”
ISRO Chief S. Somanath triggered pseudo-seculars and the Hindi imposition group. 😂😂
There should be a limit to spewing nonsense like this. Two Shudra brothers from 15th century Travancore composed Ramakathapaattu and Bharatampaattu based on Ramayana & Mahabharata and presented them to Sri Padmanabha Swamy himself. Their descendants are alive even today.
"Sarasvati as a revered deity appears in the Sanskrit texts such as the Vedas, epics and Puranas, which were inaccessible to a vast mass of non-Brahmin individuals."
My community was historically classified as Shudras and I don't think anything is wrong with this. The entire body will fall down and will be unable to walk without feet. We also touch the feet to gain blessings & to show reverence to elders and teachers.
Ramdev compares Shudras
supposed to be 'lower caste' - with feet and Brahmins with forehead. Exactly how it has been described in Manusmriti.
It's crooks like him who are glorified by Govt & the media. Such a sick man!
#BoycottPatanjaliProducts
His findings at Ayodhya gave strong case for our narration in Ram Janmabhumi issue. He also excavated numerous Painted Grey Ware sites & associated them with Mahabharata era. Though initially he supported Aryan invasion theory, he later corrected his views. Hindus owe him a lot.
With exteme grief I just came to know that Bhishma Pitamaha of Indian archaeology Sri BB Lal attained Sadgati 🙏 Extremely saddening news...He will be remembered for his contribution to Indian archaeology and historiography.
Our Hindu daughters are facing hell in that godforsaken land and all we can do is to celebrate pointless victory in some game which will be forgotten after a couple of days. Sigh.
Lol, by that logic Chera kings who ruled Kerala are from cow belt since they traced origins to Ayodhya Kshatriyas who are descendants of Sri Rama.
Rama Varma is a common name among Chera kings of Kerala and their descendants who live even today.
My ancestors defended Dharma and Vedic Brahmins. So will I, till my last breath.
If that makes me a 'slave' then so be it, I'm proud of it!
I am a slave to Dharma!
@Dhvamsaka
Ur mentality said u r a real slave. And that's why india was under foreign powers from 1662 AD to 1947. Before that also India ws not under full control.
Slaves can't defend Country.
You can either revere Adam and Eve as your ancestral figures like the Abrahamists do OR you can revere Ikshvaku (Suryavamsha), Ila (Chandravamsha) and Agni (Agnivamsha) as your ancestral figures like the Kshatriyas do.
You can't do all at the same time.
Lol now Wodeyars are 'bahujans' 🤡🤡
Dude, their family worships the same Goddess whom you called as 'Aryan Brahmin seductress' earlier.
At least be coherent with your propaganda.
the great krishnaraja wadiyar iv—our bahujan king who implemented reservation in 1919. his employee visvesvaraya was dead opposed to the inclusion of dalit, women & backward classes & eventually resigned. the raja of mysore laid the foundation that is dearly held by mysuru folks.
My Great Grandfather's brother was a Sanskrit scholar.
He translated various Sanskrit works into local Malayalam. Over a century old partial copy of his work is still with us and we ain't Brahmins.
