Using a section of the upper right quadrant (failed print), you can see how neatly it fits into position, with the vertical port continuing up from the bottom to the top, into a labyrinth of tuned channels that double as stiffeners! Can't wait to show you what's next! 👀

Been a busy month with school starting back up, heavy day job responsibilities, release of the FDMS8, spouses starting new jobs, sickness, life, etc. can't wait to set this design free in the wild!

Ok, I need your help on this prototype. It's a thicc boi! It's supposed to be super stiff. And it definitely checks that box. But is it too bulky!? I think we can reduce the overall volume of the C-clamp via topology optimization and more engineering effort. Thoughts?

would work to print one of our designs? Concerned about dimensional accuracy (have a little bit of experience in ceramic firing), and shrink rate variation in XYZ. It's an interesting thought 🤔

Folks, Arachne doesn't always get you a perfect outer wall finish! Notice the line thickness changes in the print preview and how it shows up on the print! If anyone has pointers, send them our way. For now I'm resorting back to Classic slicing to get that buttery smooth shell!

So, we had our first ever defective part delivered to a customer. 🙃 I feel like it's a right of passage. But man, it's humbling. If ever you get a defective part, ping us right away. We want to make it right! We care about this community and getting your speakers pumping ASAP!

Love the fringe slide! Gives you a good feel for stress trajectories and whether or not the expected path of least compliance is in line with the stress gradient in the ligament! So sick.
