Today is my birthday and I am extremely grateful. I have done 62 revolutions around the Sun. Age is a just a number and I feel like a man in my 40’s. I always look ahead to set goals and aim to achieve PR’s and make gains. Moreover I strive to being respectful and helpful

Repping out 225 on bench press this morning - Got 16 reps - lifting is great therapy for me - had a problem earlier in week which was really bothering me - with time and lifting my problem is becoming less of a problem and feeling good - Excellent Therapy

Took a red eye back from Los Angeles last night and arrived in NJ at 6:30 am - Back to the grind and repping out hundred pound dumbbells

TGIF - Hit chest and back. Did 3 sets repping 225 lbs for 10 reps and finished up with 3 sets with 275 lbs. Did quality reps and looking to hit 18 clean reps with 225 lbs by end of summer.

Happy Tuesday 90 degrees outside but very comfortable inside gym - good chest day - did 16 reps with 225 pounds on bench press - i then went heavy using slingshot and got up to 4 reps 300 lbs.

Saw my Orthopedist today - Strained lower back Tuesday lifting heavy - X-Ray looked good and doctor recommended I take a week off from lifting. I am feeling much better now Doctor could not believe I am 60 yrs old 💯💪🏻👍
