Sticking with Jackson in this system, he has not got the skills in front of goal especially in tight situations.

@Folaborn @Blue_Footy There is a difference between a coach and a manager. One is wedded to ideology, and the other other teach players and how to fit into a system. Maresca loves to coach. There is nothing he likes more. He also manages this team with an inflexible style of play.

Unless you are challenging for the title or fighting relegation or even to get into Europe, you are not going to be too committed in games.
