This is China Coast Guard vessel 21551 which rammed Philippine Coast Guard ship BRP Bagacay near Escoda Shoal early this morning, the same ship that shadowed and followed BFAR Ship BRP Datu Pagbuaya for two days early this month from Escoda Shoal to Recto Bank.
