Of course, he is looking at poor people's "entitlements" before he looks at what he and his parasite friend siphon out of the federal budget.
At this point, I am 100% certain that the magnitude of the fraud in federal entitlements (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, Disability, etc) exceeds the combined sum of every private scam you’ve ever heard by FAR. It’s not even close.

Pay attention.
If you think the "deep state" was defeated and all you had to do was pull a lever for the right team and you can just watch as everything is made magically better and do nothing but "trust the plan" and "enjoy the show", you probably confused what "deep state" actually means with the wing of the uniparty that lost last year's election. Mass complacency at a time of drastic, disruptive change is not a recipe for success. Vigilance and scrutiny matter, as does taking responsibility for your own life and community instead of placing all of your hope for a better life and world in the government. Many of the people who used to distrust the system the most (and who also have most of the citizen-held weapons) have been led to believe that they can fully trust everything happening and can let their guard down against tyranny. They may not physically come for your guns, but they can still attempt to cognitively disarm the American people.

Innovation? No, I am no China fan, and their progress comes from copying or stealing Western innovation, but they produce, as best I know, better cell phones and EVs and closing the gap on AI. Yes, the tax code is written by the parasite class for the parasite class. I believe that was my original point, or that is on some other thread.

How is it screwing us all, not just me, that billionaires and the parasite class get to suckle off the federal tit while avoiding paying taxes on billions and billions of dollars? Have you taken a look at this nation lately? We are the developed world's crack house when it comes to infrastructure and public services.

It should not be hard to create a tariff to compensate for unfair trade practices, but Americans should have access to Chinese cars if they pass the same standard tests as all other cars. I don't know how we can get past the national security issues of having Chinese-made cell phones all over America, but we should try. It's time to light a fire under the ass of American tech companies, who have all gotten complacent in their monopoly-protected markets.
