@stefanbosnjak @KraskeMarion That’s completely false. The Washington agreement was signed by Croatia and Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Croatia represented the Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Unrecognised parastates cannot sign International agreements.
