If you run tournaments for fighting games, consider hosting beginner brackets for the new blood. It’s really hard sometimes for people to make friends and find a community for themselves to be apart of but you can be that guiding light for these new players.

One tip I’d give to longer time players to improve yourself in UNI is to learn a secondary/sub character. A big indicator of being good at UNI is being able to pilot more than one character actually as it shows you have the proper fundamentals to play the game.

This has stirred up a lot of discussion. The main things I have to say are:
1) Under Night 2 exists. Anyone who complains about fighting game trends, you owe it to yourself to play UNI2.
2) If you agree with this but also complain about Zoners and Grapplers, this is your fault.

I wish more people would realize this sooner. The amount of people I see that blame the video game or character they play daily is astonishing to me. Getting to the stage of acceptance for what you play and your own faults will make you powerful, I guarantee that.
Learning to accept the game for what it is and what is required of me to win. Aiming for the top hasn’t been mental warfare against my opponents, but warfare with myself.

My grandma just died. The pain she felt battling cancer must've been pure hell so I'm glad she's free from the suffering. I'm glad I got to talk to her one last time before her departure. Love you gran, you are at peace now. 🙏
