Regulation will help but it wont solve the main issue of props failing. Most firms have unsustainable rules, pricing, structure etc. I actually believe most owners don’t plan to scam but fail to plan for longevity and just want quick sales so do silly rules and pricing so fail.
@goldenpipfx I think prop firms should be regulated inorder to reduce on the shady activities in the industry.
