@FGCblizmost I mean with the kind of resource character asuka is doesn't it make sense for his S normals to be like that? If you could do something meaningfull with them without spending resources I feel like they'd be too strong

@FGCblizmost Ye but that's what I mean by being carefull, I really don't like arc sys patching out weaknesses of characters

@FGCblizmost If asuka has improved normals then if those characters somehow get asuka in a position where he can't enforce spell rps he then has an easier time contesting anyways, I feel like it's good if the resource character has akward neutral if he doesn't spend/has resource

@FGCblizmost I feel like you really need to be carefull adjusting asuka especially because of the spell usability being mu dependant, I really don't like asuka getting even worse for the characters like aba where they then would need to deal with the spells and a more reliable neutral
