The legislative branch is working close with President Trump adminstration to have the strongest immigration policy to protect the citizens of Florida
After receiving technical assistance from the White House, the TRUMP Act strengthens Florida’s laws by implementing a mandatory and automatic death penalty of an illegal alien who commits murder, raises the penalty on ALL CRIMES committed by an illegal alien, strengthens ID requirements, combats gangs and transnational crime organizations, and creates a database with the Trump Administration to more effectively get criminals into the hands of ICE for deportation. All while making record investments into law enforcement, ICE detention beds, and empowering Sheriffs and local police to assist ICE and comply with the new federal immigration laws and executive orders.
