In the rerelease of Persona 5 Royal, a few new unused events got left in the game files.
One such event is Ann visiting Shiho in the hospital, takes place after stealing Kamoshida's treasure, however this unused event has an unused second half shown here where Mishima shows up.

Here is the Niijima Palace cut Poker scene that was found in the 2016 beta build of Persona 5 that got recently dumped online.
This scene was ported and then recorded in the Steam version of P5R.

Fun fact, Joker has voice clips in P5/R for when he dies in combat, they do of course go unused in both games.
As it turns out, Atlus in their infinite intelligence never actually *finished* the code that would call the voice clips when Joker dies in battle, leaving them unused.

Random fun fact about Persona 5 Strikers.
Joker's model is one of the very first files the game loads on boot, loaded even before the title screen files, meaning that if you manage to make a bad edit to Joker's model, the game will crash on boot after 1-2 seconds of loading.

In PS3 P5, it was possible to mod an entire soundtrack per DLC outfit due to how the system worked, P5R then made it so that DLC BGM only loads in the metaverse, limiting replacements to mostly combat bgm. However, this unintended functionality can be restored via a code patch.

Fire Emblem Engage Battle Outfits and More Outfits mod has been updated with new outfits corresponding to each of the three house leaders' Officers Academy uniform!

Persona 5 Dancing fully supports Akechi saying the game's title as well as loading as the dancer in the main menu (With the Will Power DLC installed of course), however, because this was never coded into the game, the main menu will bug out and never cycle to a different dancer.

I've found voice audio for most of these because it seems they will have a linked Engage attack with existing Emblems.

While these might be "obvious", there exists audio of the former saying the latter's name
The 4 Emblem data found in this new updated data are Hector, Soren, Chrom and Veronica (?).
There is also a DLC class for both male and female units whose assets are shortened as "Thr", so no guesses there.
It also seems like Robin (male?) will be part of Chrom's emblem too!

Found what appears to be an unused variant of Joker's PT run animation.
The existing variant has Joker adjust his gloves while running, there is an exact copy of that animation set, but that specific animation being replaced by one where Joker looks around seemingly confused.

One of the factors why P5R has much faster loading times than its predecessor is because during the game's boot sequence (such as the Atlus logo) they preload a bunch of commonly used assets to keep in memory, such as all regular party member models, combat animations, etc

Found the code on P5R PC that controls various voicelines during combat, meaning I can patch in more voicelines for Joker where he doesn't have them, like reacting to being healed.
