@OmarBashir100 The CT scan is after liver transplant (the TIPS was cut and anastomosed to the PV of the liver graft)

@plcillero Yes, this is another option, but requires a long venous graft. The flow was good in the TIPS. Thank you!

In Italy we always use NRP+HOPE for DCD livers and have the lowest incidence of ITBL. This is the first #DCD #liver in my series of >100 cases, that needed #retransplantation. It was recovered abroad without NRP and, despite HOPE, it developed massive ITBL in a few months.
