Lol, wow. Just FYI, POTUS does not have a security clearance. It is with the office. When you leave the office, you have no clearance—unless you had one prior to becoming POTUS & you renewed it when you were in office. Obama issued an EO that allows POTUS the authority to decide to share some classified information with former POTUS. Obama did this because he knew that bringing Bin Laden to justice was a very big deal for George W. Bush & he wanted to be able to share the information of UBL’s death with Former President Bush before it went public. But that EO does NOT say that former POTUS can access classified information. In fact, POTUS also has the authority to conclude that a former POTUS does not deserve/need access. That is what President Biden did with former President Trump—concluding he was to “erratic” to be granted access to the PDB (presidents daily brief). One of the first things you learn when getting a security clearance is that it may allow you access for information you “need to know”. An ex-president and now private citizen with no official duties has no “need to know”. Therefore, no access to classified material is allowed. Some may think an ex-president may have decided s/he “needs to know” certain information & can therefore access it. That is not how it works. The person with the information determines if the requestor has a “need to know”. If they determine that there is no “need to know” they are forbidden (yes, forbidden) from sharing that information regardless of the would be recipient’s security clearance. There's NO redible reason why any former POTUS, as a current private citizen, would need to know any classified information. When I was in the military, I had a TS/SCI for what I did & where I worked, BUT unless I went back to that, there's absolutely no reason I should have it now. Furthermore, President’s do not have a “security clearance.” Their access to classified documents is part of their job. They were elected, not hired. Former Presidents often are given access to classified information so that they can judge their actions & statements appropriately, especially if they are about to visit a foreign country. The current POTUS often consults with former Presidents for their input on the situation, & so the former President needs to know what the situation is. Former POTUS may act as a sort of diplomat, with the knowledge & approval of the White House. If Trump hadn't been or wasn't re-elected, he'd NEVER qualify for ANY SECURITY clearance. A security clearance requires an investigation of extensive inquiry (mibe took over a year to be investigated & authorized). A POTUS would require a clearance of the highest level & it would take an inordinate amount of time to investigate. There could be no indication of the candidate doing illegal acts. Money laundering is illegal & paying a woman off with hush money so she wouldn’t rat on him before the election is illegal & Trump is guilty of both & they ALL took place BEFORE he was elected president in 2016. The only way a security clearance investigation would work is if cadidate for POTUS would have already passed an investigation for a security clearance. Anyone with half a brain would know that Trump could never pass a security clearance. Anyone would also know that without a shadow a doubt Trump would not pass one now BECAUSE HE IS A CONVICTED FELON.

Well, now, wasn’t that a mature thing to assay, and to think, he actually kissed his mother with that mouth. It actually highlighted his own lack of intelligence. It seems to be the @gop primary mode at silly schoolyard insults. This behavior has become routine, especially when their esteemed leader has targeted the appearances of opponents' spouses, mocked a disabled journalist & even gone so far as to question the whereabouts of Nikki Haley's husband who was DEPLOYED with his military unit. I wonder just how he would feel if that post was directed at his wife, mistress, daughter, or even his mother.

I'd LOVE to see her walk out of the bathroom stall with one of these born biologically females in the bathroom with her. If it happens, there needs to be a video so we can make sure @RepMTG doesn't claim she was misidentified & and that @RepBoebert doesn't try to give them a Beetlejuice handjob.

@bourban70, if you recall, Zelenskiy raised the military assistance in the call with Trump, according to the White House account. He thanked the Trump & said "specifically we are almost ready to buy more Javelins from the United States for defense purposes." Trump responded to Zelenskiy with his request for a "favor," mentioning the cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike & a "server." The president also alluded to the testimony of former Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller, who had appeared in Congress the day before. But you were OK with that?

Now, we ALL know how you feel about Ukraine, but do YOU remember that Trump, in 2019, told Ukraine's president that "a lot of people want to find out" about the activities of former Vice President Joe Biden's family in Ukraine & asked its leader to be in touch with lawyer Rudy Giuliani & Attorney General Bill Barr. (Link to the phone call transcript: If you recall, Zelenskiy raised the military assistance in the call with Trump, according to the White House account. But you ALL were OK with that type of aid but not with what Biden did. See the hypocrisy? Whenever whispers surfaced about Biden or Harris, you all eagerly hopped on that bandwagon, even if there was no solid proof to back it up. However, the moment something with a hint of truth arises against Trump, what’s your typical response? It’s schoolyard bullying. It’s amusing, really, since true schoolyard bullies are seldom intelligent, rarely genuine leaders, and often have to crawl back to those they once tormented seeking assistance. You also accept the presence of a non-elected individual, a private citizen, who has access to every person's Social Security number, a clear violation of the Privacy Act of 1974. Would you feel the same if Biden or Harris were in office? Even having "read-only" access to your information is troubling, as it doesn’t prevent someone from copying your data. The Privacy Act of 1974 is a US federal law that regulates how federal agencies handle personal information about individuals. It aims to balance the government's need for information with individual privacy rights. The act covers how records are stored, who can access them, and when the government can use or share them. It also gives individuals three main rights: Request records** Individuals can request their records, with some exceptions.  But as I’ve mentioned before, if this situation occurred under a Democratic president, would you remain passive? Referring to someone as a "libtard" is not the cutting insult you think it is; it actually highlights your own lack of intelligence. It seems to be your primary mode of insult as is a persons shallow attempts to attack someone’s physical attributes. This behavior has become routine, especially when your esteemed leader has targeted the appearances of opponents' spouses, mocked a disabled journalist & even gone so far as to question the whereabouts of Nikki Haley's husband who was DEPLOYED with his military unit. If a politician were to insult your spouse or children's physical features or ridicule their disabilities, would you still stand by them, enduring the insults & mockery, even at the cost of your loved ones? I guess great sayings like JFK's, “Ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country” or Winston Churchill in a 1948 speech to the British House of Commons, “Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it” doesn't resonate with you. Apparently neither does "It’s amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.” —Harry S. Truman. While I may register as a particular political party, I'm not loyal to any party. I AM LOYAL TO AMERICA & THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA as my oath of enlistment WILL NEVER expire. The first part of my oath STILL holds true, I, __, do solemnly swear that I will support & defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign & domestic." The rest only holds true when & if I'm ever called back up.

Since Donald Trump was sworn in as president in 2016, he met his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, 5 times. The details of their conversations remain unknown to the public, & in most cases even to senior administration officials. (Would you guys be OK with it if it had been Biden OR Harris?) In fact, translators have been present at meetings between Trump & Putin, such as in Hamburg in 2017 & in Helsinki in 2018. But it has been reported that the Trump had taken unusual steps to keep their notes private. (Again, if that had been Biden OR Harris, would you be OK with them keeping their notes secret?) In his first year in office, after Congress forced his hand by building a veto-proof majority, Trump begrudgingly signed sanctions that were passed in part to punish Moscow for its interference in the 2016 presidential election. But he resisted attempts to impose additional sanctions, including over Kremlin support for chemical weapons attacks carried out by the Assad regime in Syria. The president had publicly disagreed with warnings from his OWN intelligence chiefs that the Russians are still seeking to influence US elections. The NSA chief at that time, Adm Mike Rogers, testified before Congress that the administration was not doing enough to disrupt Russian cyberattacks at the source, in part because the president (Trump at the time) HAD NOT authorized such an effort. Trump continued to express admiration for Putin, accepting his denials of Russian involvement in the 2016 election at their summit in Finland. That put the Trump squarely at odds with the US intelligence community & invited an avalanche of criticism. (How would you feel if Biden OR Harris had continuously expressed admiration for Putin when they were in office?) Trump’s reportedly forceful attempts to conceal his communications with Putin raise questions about his motivations in pursuing closer relations with a regime largely regarded as a primary adversary. (Now, if it had been Biden OR Harris who attempted to conceal their communications with Putin, how would you all feel? What would you say?) In March 2019, the chairs of the House intelligence, foreign affairs & oversight committees raised “profound national security, counterintelligence & foreign policy concerns, especially in light of Russia’s ongoing active measures campaign to improperly influence American elections. “In addition, such allegations, if true, undermine the proper functioning of government, most notably the Department [of State]’s access to critical information germane to its diplomatic mission & its ability to develop and execute foreign policy that advances our national interests.” If Trump’s communications were intentionally manipulated or withheld from the official record, the Dems said, it would be a possible violation of federal law requiring “that presidents & other administration officials preserve such materials”. (Would you agreed with the chairs of the House intelligence, foreign affairs & oversight committees if it had been Biden or Harris?) Do you SEE the reason I stated that Trump wasn't as buddy buddy as he thought he was? AFTER EVERYTHING Trump did in his last presidency with concealing conversations from the public between he & Putin, if Biden OR Harris had done that, would you be so quick to defend then? But alas, if it's Trump, no matter what he says or does, you're OK with it.

I'm curious what @NancyMace would do about this. ESPECIALLY since she is all about transgenders using the bathrooms of the Biological gender. I'd LOVE to see @JasmineForUS, @AOC invite a few STRONG transgender men to walk into the women's bathroom while the Republicans women were in there! PLEASE video if you do this we ALL want to see their faces when the find out they played FAFO!

I'm curious just HOW many men would cry foul if beat by FemaleToMale (FTM) athletes, such as: ●Chris Mosier is a triathlete, and competes for Team USA. Born in 1980, which means that age is already a prohibitive factor in terms of top-level international level competition. That said, Chris came 2nd in a 2017 National championship in their age category, which is a pretty decent performance for anyone. ●Schuyler Bailar is a NCAA Division I swimmer, and in the last season (2018/2019) swam in the top 15% of all NCAA breaststroke times. ●Trans male fencer Bobbie Hirsch is ‘making history’ at Wayne State University ●Patricio Manuel, Boxing, in 2018, Manuel became the first transgender male to fight professionally in the United States. Manuel defeated Hugo Aguilar by unanimous decision in a boxing match. ●Mack Beggs, wrestling.  While competing at high school, in the Dallas area, Beggs — who was born female and transitioned to male — was sued by a parent of one of the female wrestlers he was competing against. Beggs WANTED to compete against men, but a STATE BAN limited transgender athletes to teams conforming with the gender on their birth certificate. ●Harrison Browne, first openly transgender pro hockey player.

Look at all the GREAT little triggered accounts, lol. Now, if Biden OR Harris had suggested this, would you be as supportive of this? I would STILL say that POTUS NEEDS to focus on Americans, America & OUR needs first. But then, our current POTUS ran on the slogan, "Make America Great Again", not on "Make Other Countries Great Again." All I can say is that you guys really need to try harder. You suck at insults, you have ZERO knowledge of politics, very few of you ever heard about GAZA before October 7, 2023, and apparently you are for PRO-REMOVAL people from their native land, just like the colonizers did to our Native Americans. Remember, Israel became a nation on May 14, 1948, when David Ben-Gurion declared the establishment of the State of Israel.  Who here is in favor of you losing your land to a someone else? You know, like OUR Government did to OUR Native American tribes. Or did you forget that? A large majority of Palestinians in Gaza are classified as refugees dating back generations. The suggestion that they could again be uprooted, with no guarantee of return to Gaza. If you grew up in GAZA, would you want that? You MIGHT want to educate yourselves on the history of Isreal AND Palestine. While BOTH are wrong for what they have done, WE, Americans did the SAME to OUR Native Americans, just ask @LakotaMan1 & other Native Americans. But also, didn't everyone vote Trump in because America has an economic problem? Do you think sending military to GAZA will help our economy? What about FIRST taking care of OUR veterans? Taking care of OUR elderly, taking care of OUR homeless? What happened to "Maka AMERICA Great Again" when he's talking about putting troops on the ground in Iran, invading Greenland and invading the Panama Canal? How about putting America FIRST before interfering with any other country? But since you got triggered so easily, all I can do us laugh. You guys were sooooo against America's involvement in Ukraine but you are soooo first America getting involved with the Palestinians and Isreal. Man talk about hypocrisy.
